Haifeel-S Meso Gun — Compact Mesotherapy Injector, Adjustable Suction

The Haifeel-S is a compact handheld mesotherapy injector for skin booster and hydrolifting protocols, used in clinics and in personal use. Suction is set from the panel for the area being treated, so a small or thin zone is worked at its own setting rather than at one setting for the whole face, and the unit runs on 5 ml and 10 ml syringes.

    What each version includes

Every option below contains the same unit and the same standard fittings: the device and its charger, eight fittings for the syringe, four fittings for 1–10 ml consumables and three inline filters. The options differ in the consumable pack added on top.

    • Haifeel Device Only — the unit and the standard fittings, as shown in the product photographs. Syringes are not included; the packs below add them along with the heads.
    • Haifeel Device + 9-pin pack — adds ten 9-pin heads, ten 5 ml syringes, ten negative-pressure tubes and ten inline filters.
    • Haifeel Device + 5-pin pack — adds ten 5-pin heads, ten 5 ml syringes, ten negative-pressure tubes and ten inline filters.
    • Haifeel Device + Starter Kit — adds ten 9-pin heads and ten 5-pin heads, twenty 5 ml syringes, twenty negative-pressure tubes and twenty inline filters.

    How it works

The device applies suction before each injection. Negative pressure draws the skin up against the head, so the treated area sits at a consistent height, the needles enter at the depth the head sets, and solution is released into the same layer at every point. A multi-needle head injects several points at once, which is why a full face is covered in repeated passes rather than point by point.

The alternative is a syringe held in the hand, where depth, dose and speed are decided by the operator at each point and therefore vary between points and between sessions. With the Haifeel-S the suction level and the delivery rate are set on the device and repeat.

    What the device controls

    • Suction level. Suction is set on the panel for the area being treated. Set too high, the skin is drawn up harder than the protocol calls for and the mark behaves like a cupping mark and fades slowly. Set too low, the seal breaks and solution leaks at the head instead of entering the skin.
    • Delivery rate and dose. The display shows the syringe volume and the injection rate, so the rate is set numerically rather than by hand pressure.
    • The vacuum head. The head is built to hold its seal against the skin, which is what keeps the lifted height even across a pass and stops solution escaping at the contact point.
    • Panel and display. Settings are changed on the device and the current values stay visible while working, so a mid-session adjustment is made against the numbers rather than by feel.

    Design and power

    • Housing. Lightweight composite materials and a shape intended to be held in one hand through a session.
    • Cordless operation. The unit runs on a built-in rechargeable battery. It does not need a mains connection while treating, and it does not need a separate vacuum pump or compressor.
    • Charging. Charging is done off the device's own port rather than by leaving it plugged in during treatment.

    What ships with it

    • The device and its charger.
    • Eight fittings for the syringe — 1 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml, in two types.
    • Four fittings for 1–10 ml consumables.
    • Three inline filters.

The multi-needle heads and the inline filters are single-use items. The fittings are supplied as part of the unit rather than bought per session. Syringes are not part of the unit on its own — they come with the packs, so a first order should include one.

    What a treatment takes

A session uses one multi-needle head, one syringe and one inline filter. The head is fitted to the front of the device, the syringe is loaded with the solution and seated in its fitting, and the filter sits on the suction line between the head and the body of the unit. Heads and filters are replaced rather than re-sterilised between clients.

The solution is set by the protocol. Skin booster preparations are loaded into the syringe, and the skinbooster collection lists the preparations we stock. A 5-pin head is the common starting point for facial work; our Crystal 5 Pin multi-needle head is one option. For how this device sits against the other injectors we list, see the mesotherapy injector range or read the device comparison guide. The items replaced over the life of the device are the 5-pin and 9-pin heads, the inline filter, the 5 ml and 10 ml syringes and the negative-pressure tube.

    Before and after treatment

Treatment is an intradermal injection, so a topical anaesthetic is normally applied beforehand and its full contact time should be observed. Sessions are commonly spaced about a month apart; the interval is set by the protocol and by how the skin responds to the previous session. Before the first session, the head is checked as sterile, undamaged and within date, the solution is confirmed as one intended for intradermal injection, and the suction setting is matched to the area being treated.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the Haifeel-S and the EZ-1000?

Both are handheld injectors that use negative pressure to hold the skin against a multi-needle head, and both take the same 5-pin and 9-pin heads, so one head format covers either device. The Haifeel-S is the more compact of the two, with suction set to suit the area being treated; the EZ-1000 is covered in its own listing. The tighter the areas being treated, the more the smaller body matters.

    Does the Haifeel-S use needles?

Yes. It is a needle-based device. Negative pressure holds the skin steady before the needles enter; it does not replace them. Heads are multi-needle — normally 5-pin or 9-pin — and are single-use.

Which syringe and needle heads does it take?

The unit takes 5 ml and 10 ml syringes, and the fittings supplied with it cover 1 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml. The heads are 5-pin or 9-pin multi-needle. Syringes come with the packs rather than with the unit on its own, and the version you choose decides how many of each you get.

What happens if the suction is set too high or too low?

Suction is adjustable for a reason. Set too high, the skin is drawn up harder than the protocol needs and the mark behaves like a cupping mark and fades slowly. Set too low, the seal breaks and solution leaks at the head instead of entering the skin.

How many heads and syringes does one session use?

One multi-needle head and one syringe per session, plus one inline filter. Heads and filters are single-use and are replaced between clients.

Are there any conditions that rule it out?

As with any intradermal injection: not during pregnancy or breastfeeding, not where there is a known allergy to the solution being used, and not over active infection or broken skin in the treatment area. Anyone with a medical condition or taking medication should check with a qualified practitioner first.

Can it be used at home, or is it a clinic-only device?

Both. The device is hand-held, cordless and set from its own panel, so it does not depend on a clinic setting; the manual supplied with it covers assembly and the setting values. What does not change with location is technique: single-use heads, aseptic preparation of the site, and a solution intended for intradermal injection. Where injecting is new to the operator, a first session with a trained practitioner is the safer starting point, and treatment begins at the lowest suction setting.

How is the device cleaned between sessions?

Heads and filters are single-use and are replaced between clients. The tube is supplied as a replaceable part. The body of the device and the fittings are cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Orders are processed within up to 2 business days. The daily cut-off is 5:00 PM China Standard Time (GMT+8), and tracking information is provided once the order ships. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
